This is a wonderful toy for young children who are familiar with the story of Peter Pan. The figurines bring the story to life and allow for imaginative play that can last for hours. Children love to give voice to these enduring and endearing characters, and they will enjoy acting out the story and creating their own adventures that go beyond the traditional story line as well. Imaginations soar with this product, taking young minds to Neverland and beyond.

My three year old wanted a "Peter Pan" cake for his birthday. I purchased this toy and used the figurines to put atop a pirate ship cake I made. My son (and his older brother) loved it! They love playing with these figurines. This is a very nice toy for any child who loves Peter Pan.

I purchased this as a birthday present for my 3-year-old who loves Peter Pan and Captain Hook. He was thrilled with it and plays with it all the time. I actually did a Captain Hook/pirate theme birthday party and used some of the figures in this set to decorate the cake. I got the cake at our local grocery store and had the bakery do a beach type scene (water on one side and sandy island on the other, based on a current Pirates of the Carribean theme they had availabe minus the characters of course). I picked up a couple plastic palm trees and a wooden pirate ship (all from A.C. Moore, the pirate ship had to be colored) and put them on the cake along with the Captain Hook, Peter Pan, Wendy, Mr. Smee, the treasure chest and the crocodile from this set. It turned out perfectly and my son was so excited to see the cake. He couldn't wait to pull them off the cake, lick the icing off of their feet and start playing with them. My only concern about this set is that some of the pieces are TINY (Peter Pan's dagger, the telescope, a small lantern). Since I have a smaller child, I had to put those pieces away for now (choking hazard). The Tinkerbell figure and the treasure map area also pretty small. Other than that, the set is great and the figures worked really well as cake toppers!

I ordered this for my 3 year old who just can't get enough of Peter Pan. She loves it and carries the little figurines around with her all the time. I did put the very very small pieces away (Hook's sword, Peter's dagger, the lantern, treasure chest, etc.), as I think they are a choking hazard or at the very least will be lost easily. The characters are really great - having oodles of fun with them!

Our Peter Pan fan just loves this set. He's played for hours with the various characters and they seem really hard-wearing. It's great that the figurines look exactly like characters from the Disney movie/book, so our little man's imagination can run wild. Definitely recommended.
